Background

A major bank trading desk wanted to be able to make faster trading decisions on CLO bonds. They wanted to shorten the time and cost of reviewing CLO indentures and understanding the waterfall logic in these complicated contracts. The bank initially tried to build a solution in-house and quickly realized that they did not have the specialized skill set to do so.

Solution

Claira built an integrated solution for the trading desk client. Our platform analyzes the associated document with every security the desk has traded (over 10,000) over the last 5 years. Claira returns a structured summary dataset that is incorporated directly into the trading platform and used to evaluate each transaction. Our solution satisfies compliance requirements for traders to do document review as the AI completes the necessary task, saving hours of work.
